Events related to Corona SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19

Currently, various hackathons are being started - virtually, of course. In these events, participants from different fields collaboratively develop software to support research and find solutions to specific problems related to SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19 within a defined time frame.

We collect information about these events. In the ZB MED COVID-19 Hub we post this information and update it regularly. These events have already taken place or will start soon:

We vs Virus / Wir vs Virus:
Focus on data and tools development, 20th to 22nd March, 2020

Code vs COVID:
Focus on data and tools development, 72 hours from 27th March, 2020

Virtual COVID-19 BioHackathon:
Focus on data and tools development, 5th to 11th of April, 2020

RDA Covid Group:
Focus on publications guidelines, starting on the following days for 4 weeks

LEOSS: Lean European Open Survey on SARS-CoV-2 Infected Patients:
Focus on patient register, available in German and English, on-going, open dates
