New tutorial shows how to integrate terminologies seamlessly into research services

The video from the basic service "Terminology Services 4 NFDI" (TS4NFDI) demonstrates how a centralised API gateway unifies different terminology systems, making data-intensive applications significantly easier to use.

Research platforms often require a reliable way to incorporate terminologies from various sources without extensive technical effort, particularly when working with large datasets.

TS4NFDI offers a central API gateway giving you access to harmonised terminologies from multiple domains – enabling more accurate search results and improving FAIR standards. With the Terminology Service Suite, you can also enhance your service with interactive widgets that support search, annotation and AI-readiness.

TS4NFDI is a basic service of the National Research Data Infrastructure. All components are free and open source. The tutorial shows how you can start using the TS4NFDI service yourself. If you have any questions, the team will be happy to assist you.
