As a result, there may be occasional interruptions to our online services.

On 20 October 2026, there may be intermittent disruptions to access to ZB MED between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm. This will affect our online services, including LIVIVO and PUBLISSO, as well as email and telephone services. Individual disruptions may last up to 120 minutes. Where possible, we would ask you to adjust any appointments and work processes that require access to our systems accordingly.

If a service is unavailable at that time, please try again later – once the work has been completed, all services will be available as usual.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum.
