Confirmation of trustworthiness and reliability in preserving scientific publications

Digital publications are threatened by a variety of dangers: accidental deletion, lack of software to open the files, insolvency of the original publisher and much more. With various strategies and a long-term archiving system, the digital long-term archiving of ZB MED - Information Center for Life Sciences counters these dangers and thus ensures the long-term preservation of publications. Based on a comprehensive certification process, CoreTrustSeal now confirms that ZB MED's digital long-term archive is trustworthy and reliably ensures the continued usability of scientific publications.
